The company has a registered capital of RMB 80 million and occupies a site of 33,350 square meters, with a constructed floor area of 29,000 square meters. The total investment amounts to RMB 300 million, of which RMB 150 million are fixed assets. The facility includes 30,000 tons cold storage and 8,000 square meters processing plants. 

Blue Snow Factory: the processing is strictly controlled under HACCP system. The factory is approved by food production license, HACCP, MSC, ASC, etc. The factory is approved by the EU and the USA Health authorities, with EEC No. 3302/02086. It also has passed BRC food safety global standard certification and achieved a high level of Grade A. The factory is equipped with the most internationally advanced processing line and retail packing line. Denmark‑origin Marel automatic salmon processing lines largely improve the efficiency and capacity. The under zero processing temperature maximizes the freshness and ensures food safety. There are also German‑origin Multi‑Vac skin packing machines and Japanese‑origin cutting machines. 

Blue Snow cold‑chains: temperature controlled cold storage at a constant –25°C to preserve product quality and flavour. Blue Snow cold chain is the Customs’ inspection platform for imported seafood and meat at Meishan Port in Ningbo by AQSIQ. Blue Snow Food co.,ltd. was officially authorized as the inspection site for imported meats in Ningbo Meishan bonded free trade area by AQSIQ in 2016, ranking as the 2nd designated inspection site in Ningbo city and the 4th one in Zhejiang province. Blue Snow cold chain is also qualified as the bonded warehouse. Blue Snow is one of the first cold chain logistics parks in Zhejiang Province, and is a national 3A level logistics enterprise.

Supply chain model: 1. product design, research and development; 2. Direct purchase from overseas raw materials bases or fishing fleets, with entire quality control.  3. Deliver to Ningbo port by sea and declare to the Chinese Customs and pass inspection. 4. Processed and cold stored in Blue Snow plants and cold stores.  5. Deliver to different cities in China.  6. Assist in selling at the end of the stores. Blue Snow is involved in all these steps and all steps are strictly controlled and traceable. Chinese Customs has offices and laboratories at Blue Snow and supervises all of the goods in and out.
